How to Brew
Use 1 teaspoon per cup in a tea diffuser or infuser.
Pour over freshly boiled water and steep for 3–5 minutes.
You can also add this blend to your favourite loose-leaf green tea for an extra soothing lift.

Our loose-leaf tea infusions are packaged in recycled glass jars, ready to be reused, recycled, or refilled with our compostable refill packs.
