How to Brew
Use 1 teaspoon per cup in a tea diffuser or infuser.
Pour over freshly boiled water and steep for 3–5 minutes.
This blend is lovely enjoyed hot or served chilled over ice.
You can also add it to your favourite loose-leaf green tea for an extra calming lift.

Our loose-leaf tea infusions are packaged in recycled glass jars, ready to be reused, recycled, or refilled with our compostable refill packs.
