Nettle is natures natural energy drink and it is rich in vitamins and minerals. Nettle also contains pain relieving and anti-aging properties, and has a super extra bonus of polyphenols, which have been shown to be targeted at breast and prostrate cancer!!
Gotu Kola is another all round super-herb with multiple healing benefits.
Indian Ginseng (Ashwagandha leaf) is a renowned herb with multiple benefits which includes cancer fighting abilities. The leaf has a higher concentration of withanolides than the root, which clinical studies show has potential cancer cell fighting properties.
Echinacea is a renowned immune booster
Lemon Verbena has many properties including helping to boost immunity, and helping reduce inflammation and pain.

How to Use
For each cup of tea just steep 1 teaspoon full in a diffuser with boiled water for 3 to 5 mins. If you have a sweet tooth you can add Honey to taste, which will add even more energy to your cup, then Relax and Enjoy 🙂

The ingredients for the herbal tea are grown using organic principles, chemical free at Kooinda Cottage.
Hand harvesting ensures every leaf is top quality! Ingredients are only picked as required. The herbs are dehydrated, then chopped and blended by hand. This gives you the freshest herbal teas you will ever find!
The Tea Infusions are all loose teas, packaged in recycled glass jars which you can then recycle or reuse yourself, or we have refill packs in compostable cellulose bags.
