Inflammation Relief – Turmeric & Ginger Herbal Tea
Inflammation Relief is a powerful loose-leaf herbal tea blend created to support the body through inflammation, stiffness, and everyday aches and pains.
This deeply nourishing anti-inflammatory herbal tea combines Turmeric, Ginger, Nettle, Lemongrass, Elderflower, and Queensland Black Pepper for a rich, warming blend with strong healing benefits and a beautiful lemongrass and ginger flavour.
Designed especially for those managing inflammation, arthritis, and general body stress, this blend offers both comfort and support in every cup.
Benefits
As with all our herbal teas, this blend is rich in natural antioxidants and supportive plant compounds.
Nettle
Nettle is traditionally loved for helping ease inflammation and discomfort, especially in relation to arthritis and joint pain. It is valued for both its anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties.
Lemongrass
Fresh and vibrant, Lemongrass helps support the immune system and brings a wide range of natural wellness benefits while adding brightness to the flavour.
Ginger & Turmeric
Ginger and Turmeric are well known for their powerful anti-inflammatory properties and are especially valued for supporting joint health, circulation, and reducing inflammation throughout the body.
Queensland Black Pepper
Black Pepper is an essential part of this blend, helping the body absorb curcumin—the active healing compound in turmeric—more effectively.
Elderflower
Elderflower brings gentle analgesic support, helping soothe aches and pains that often come with inflammation in the body.
Together, these ingredients create a deeply supportive tea for comfort, mobility, and everyday wellbeing.
How to Brew
Use 1 generous teaspoon per cup in a tea diffuser or infuser.
Pour over freshly boiled water and steep for 8–10 minutes.
This longer brewing time helps release the full anti-inflammatory benefits of the herbs.
Add honey to taste if desired.
Relax and enjoy.
You can also reuse the herbs for a second cup or make a larger batch and keep it chilled in the fridge for a refreshing cold tea.
Size
Our 300ml jar makes approximately 36 fresh cups of tea.
Grown with Care
The ingredients for this anti-inflammatory herbal tea are grown using organic principles, chemical-free, in the herb gardens of Kooinda Cottage—the new home of Kooinda Farm Petals and Herbs, with the exception of the Black Pepper.
As the Mid North Coast climate is not suitable for growing pepper, our Queensland Black Pepper is sourced from a pesticide-free grower in Queensland, ensuring both quality and purpose in every blend.
All herbs are hand-picked to ensure every leaf is of the highest quality, carefully dried, then chopped and blended by hand to create some of the freshest herbal teas you’ll find.
Our loose-leaf tea infusions are packaged in recycled glass jars, ready to be reused, recycled, or refilled with our compostable refill packs.
From garden to cup, every blend is created with care, sustainability, and a love of slow, nourishing living.

Linda’s Inflammation Tea is amazing! This tea has helped my sister Jean over the last ten months while she has had to wait for her hip replacement operation. Jean was in pain, used a walking stick to aid her moving about and didn’t sleep because of discomfort.
I gave Jean the first sample of Linda’s Inflammation Tea last June. Two weeks later I had a phone call from her “Please, can I have more”! This tea was helping her to sleep through at night, and helped her to move about in less pain.
Jean and I can both recommend Linda’s Inflammation Tea – I kept up the supply, thankfully with Linda’s kindness, and, my sister got through all these months until her operation a few weeks ago. She was also in a much less stressed condition for her operation. Her recovery is going well also.
Thank you Linda, I’m extremely thankful to have been able to help my dear sister.
